It's amazing you don't have any leaks; I'd have thought that stuff would eat up your water pump.
I'm guessing the water pump's life has been shortened, but it's anybody's guess by how much.
Just give your system a good flushing out with clean water, then put in demineralised water and as much coolant as you need for freeze/boilover protection, along with a bottle of Water Wetter, and hope for the best.

Subject: [mkiv] Coolant flush
Hello everyone, Long time no post for me! Last year I drained my coolant
and put some "antifreeze flush" stuff in my car because the coolant was
dirty and I had forgot I did that and its been 3 months now that this has
been sitting in my car. The instructions say you can drive it normally and
rinse about a week later. Have I screwed anything up letting this stuff
sit too long?
Thanks!
