[mkiv] Elec fans

Anice failsafe would be to use 1 circuit per fan. If you have 2 fans wire
them separately, and also do not use fuses!! use a circuit breaker. Im the
even it blows it will reset itself after a few seconds otherwise the other
on will continue to work. I havent done this myself im just giving you
some of my thoughts.
