[mkiv] Toyota Red Coolant life

The Toyota red coolant contains organic and inorganic
salts, so
it's silicate based. A quick google search for "engine
coolant
shelf life" shows a max shelf life of 18 months.
Silicate free
coolants have up to 8 years shelf life.
