[mkiv] suspension upgrade

I have Tein HA's on my car.  They ride much stiffer than stock even on the
softest setting.  There was a very significant increase in road noise after
installing them.  If all you want to do is lower the car a little, I
wouldn't recommend the HA's.

I'm looking to upgrade my suspension from stock. I'm not looking to track my
car; I just want a slightly lower stance for street driving.

People have recommended the Tein's and other the HKS Performers, but they
haven't been very specific.
