[mkiv] Please help! Sputtering and hesitation

My car had slight hesitation once in awhile before but that was only
in first and second gear and it only happens when I first drive off.
Idle was always fine but yesterday while driving home, the idle became
really rough. Now the car sputters really loud idling, driving,
cruising. In fact, the exhaust note changed if I bring the revs up
past 3200rpm. The only mods are HKS SSBOV, RMM dp, and intake.

I changed the spark plugs last night and they look perfectly fine. I
also checked some of the vacuum hoses and they look fine as well as
the intake. I pulled out EFI no. 1 for a reset but the problem is
still here.

The car feels like the intake is loose but its not.

Has anyone ever had this problem?? I really need to get this fixed by tomorrow.
